Gundry Meal Plan Recap

We have been on the Gundry diet for the past three months and almost feel that we have fully completed the transition.  Shopping and meal planning has taken center stage for us, but at this point we’ve been able to source meal ingredients as well as a sufficient list of recipes so that we stay on the plan.
